What is a digital product? A digital product is an intangible item that can be bought, sold, or exchanged electronically. These products are not physical and are typically accessed or consumed online. No physical items are shipped. They exist in a digital format and can be downloaded, streamed, or accessed through online platforms.

All of our digital products are created using Canva. You'll need to create a free Canva account at canva.com to view, use, and/or customize your purchase(s). Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. All digital download items are non-refundable. There are no exchanges or cancellations. These are downloadable digital products for ease of use. Contact us via email about any problems with your download. 

Canva Editing: Use with your free Canva account (desktop editing is recommended for the best experience).

Technical Knowledge: Buyers should have a basic understanding of Canva, as technical support is not included. However, we will answer general questions when possible.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

The templates are for personal use only and cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared.

You can download the digital file link a maximum of 3 times
